We start by roasting organic garlic with organic olive oil. The sweet, caramelized cloves are then blended with bell peppers, sun dried tomatoes, olives, onion, toasted pine nuts and several organic herbs and spices. This is an everyday seasoning that makes a great marinade and awesome garlic bread.
