Awesome Eggs
My son's favorite breakfast is "Garlic Seasoning Eggs." For him, I drizzle some olive oil and just a couple pinches of garlic seasoning on the bottom of the pan. I let that get hot, then I drop an egg right on top.
My best friend prefers a few pinches of garlic seasoning in her scrambled eggs. I like this, too, especially with some imitation crab meat and sauteed garlic and onion.
Garlic Earth Bread
Garlic Earth Italian Garlic Seasoning provides a unique taste with the flavors of organic garlic, sundried tomatoes, olives, bell peppers, onion, toasted pine nuts and half a dozen herbs and spices. This is unlike any other garlic bread you've ever tasted.
Preheat oven or grill to 350° F. In a small pan, heat 1 teaspoon Garlic Earth Italian Garlic Seasoning with a couple cloves chopped garlic and a few tablespoons of butter. Stir and simmer mixture for about 10 minutes. Brush mixture onto Italian or French loaf slices (sourdough, if possible) then top slices with a few shakes of Parmesan cheese. Bake in foil for about 15 minutes. Serve.

This is really tasty served on a bed of Roasted Vegetable Relish.
Roasted Vegetables
Honestly, I didn't start liking beets until I roasted them with a little olive oil and my Garlic Earth Garlic Seasoning. Man, oh, man. This could make a carnivore think twice! This is so easy to make and so healthy. You can use any flavor garlic seasoning that you choose. Sometimes I use Garlic Earth Asian Garlic Seasoning to make a Roasted Vegetable Relish that I serve with Poached Salmon with Dill.
Preheat oven to 400° F. Cover bottom of a large casserole dish with a few tablespoons of olive oil and a few pinches of your choice of Garlic Earth Garlic Seasoning. Lay coarsely chopped vegetables (onion, whole unpeeled garlic cloves, and your choice of carrots, beets, potatoes, sweet potatoes, turnips, parsnips, bok choy, … ) on top of oil and garlic seasoning. Drizzle a few more tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of garlic seasoning on top of the veggies. Stir well with a large spoon. Bake uncovered for at least one hour until veggies are tender. You may want to give a good stir about every 20 minutes.
Roasted Vegetable Relish
Follow the Roasted Vegetables recipe above. When the veggies are done, remove them from the oven and lower the temperature to 350° F. Let the veggies cool to the touch. (At this point, I prepare my salmon for the Poached Salmon with Dill.)
For the relish, chop the veggies into "frozen vegetable-sized cubes" and put in a medium bowl. Drizzle a couple tablespoons olive oil and a few pinches of Garlic Earth Garlic Seasoning on top and stir. You could serve this with Poached Salmon with Dill or Seasoned Pasta with Yogurt.
